JUDSON W. COLLIER, JR.
JUDSON W. COLLIER, JR. is a highly regarded trial attorney with 35 plus
years of courtroom experience. He is admitted to practice in all state
courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District
of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Collier is a 1970 graduate of Virginia Military Institute and received
his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Richmond in 1976.
Mr. Collier proudly served with the United States Marine Corps as an infantry
officer from 1970 to 1973. He is uniquely qualified in criminal law in
that early in his career in 1977 he was elected Commonwealth’s Attorney
for the County of Henrico and served with distinction through 1980.
Since his service as Henrico’s chief prosecutor, Mr. Collier has
dedicated his practice to criminal defense including all traffic related
matters and personal injury and accepts clients throughout the Commonwealth
of Virginia. He has a proven track record as a highly skilled courtroom
lawyer and is known for his diligent, tireless trial preparation for each
and every case that he undertakes.
