DAVID L. CARLSON is a well respected trial attorney whose services are sought throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Virginia including the Eastern and Western Districts for the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Carlson is a 1976 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Richmond in 1980 at which time has was admitted to the Virginia State Bar. Prior to entering private law practice in 1982, Mr. Carlson served as Executive Assistant and Counsel to Virginia Governor John N. Dalton. He is a native of Lancaster County in Virginia’s northern peninsula and practices actively in this area of the state as well as the central Virginia – Richmond area. Mr. Carlson limits his practice to criminal defense, personal injury and family law and is an aggressive, effective and proven trial attorney representing clients throughout the entire Commonwealth of Virginia.

JUDSON W. COLLIER, JR. is a highly regarded trial attorney with 30 years of courtroom experience. He is admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Collier is a 1970 graduate of Virginia Military Institute and received his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Richmond in 1976. Mr. Collier proudly served with the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer from 1970 to 1973. He is uniquely qualified in criminal law in that early in his career in 1977 he was elected Commonwealth’s Attorney for the County of Henrico and served with distinction through 1980. Since his service as Henrico’s chief prosecutor, Mr. Collier has dedicated his practice to criminal defense including all traffic related matters and personal injury and accepts clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has a proven track record as a highly skilled courtroom lawyer and is known for his diligent, tireless trial preparation for each and every case that he undertakes.
